WASTE PULPING SYSTEMS:
These systems reduce kitchen waste to a solid, dry pulp which is easy to dispose or compost.
DOPPLER RADAR EXHAUST HOOD:
The amount of smoke or fumes generated by the cooking equipment directly controls the exhaust fan speed. When the equipment below the hood is dormant, the fans run at low or shut off and when the demand is high the fans run at 100%.
ENERGY STAR EQUIPMENT:
Most major manufacturers are producing Energy Star Rated equipment, ranging from ovens, ranges, dish machines, ice machines and spray rinse units, just to name a few. Some items may be slightly higher in cost, but offer a higher efficiency and thereby save you money in the long run.
